Maternity Tours
- Ladnan Hospital has free Maternity tours to the public. These tours last one hour and take place every Wednesday and Saturday from 4-5pm and 11am-12pm respectively. No prior bookings are required.
Antenatal Care Clinic
For antenatal clinics at Ladnan Hospital, nurses / gynecologist assesses your pregnancy and offer routine antenatal check-ups to optimize your health and that of the baby. We perform a number of tests including blood pressure, abdominal examination, urine test, ultrasound, fetal heart rate along with dietary and lifestyle advice to make sure you have the healthiest pregnancy possible. Our ANC package is as below;

EXCLUSIONS FROM ALL PACKAGES
- Treatment of illness during pregnancy.
- Complicated delivery e.g. postpartum haemorrhage, eclampsia management among others during delivery period
- Any admission during pregnancy other than delivery
- Multiple pregnancy i.e. twins, triplets etc
- Patients with medical complications e.g. diabetes, hypertension, bad obstetric history, Hepatitis B, rhesus negative mother; requiring further extensive testing and extra medication for mother and baby.
- Premature delivery
- Blood transfusion and other blood products
- Baby requiring ICU/HDU
- PRE-existing medical conditions for mother and / or child during pregnancy and or after delivery.
- Specialized investigations and / or treatment for mother and /or baby in case of an illness unrelated to pregnancy
- Nutritional Supplements are not covered under any of the above packages.
- Drugs, specialists, incubator care, treatment of prematurity, congenital diseases / conditions.
- Illness in babies after discharge.
- Vaccines not included in the KEPI regime.
NOTE
- If there is a switch from a Normal delivery package to C-Section delivery, the Emergency CS delivery package will be applied.
- In the unfortunate circumstance where the pediatrician has to perform any resuscitation of the baby at the time of the delivery, an extra charge will apply.
- If the mother and / or baby stays longer than the time allocated in the package, payment for the extra days shall be itemized.
