What services do you offer?
Can I use my NHIF card for outpatient services?
Yes, you can but you have to select Ladnan Hospital as your outpatient facility of choice.
For civil servants, you can access our services without having to select the facility as your outpatient facility of choice.
What services does NHIF cover in outpatient and Inpatient for people who are self-employed or are under the national scheme?
Outpatient it covers medical office consultation fee, some tests e.g. full hemogram and some medication.
For inpatient it covers minor and major surgeries, bed rebate, dialysis among others.
What Insurance cards do you accept?
NHIF, Minet, CIC, APA, KCB, GA, Madison, UAP, Takaful, Liaison, Jubilee, AAR, Allianz Sedgwick, Saham, First Assurance, Cooperative Bank, Kenya Alliance, M-tiba among others.
Do you accept Minet, TSC cover?
No, we do not.
Are you 24-hour facility?
Yes, we are a 24hr. facility.
Does NHIF pay for ultrasound or x-ray?
NHIF only pays for x-ray services if you’ve selected Ladnan as your outpatient facility of choice. For ultrasound, it only covers for civil servants.
Can I use my NHIF Card for CT-Scan or MRI services?
Yes, you can in facilities that offer CT-Scan and MRI services.
Where is Ladnan located?
We are located in Pangani, opposite Pangani girls, there’s a petrol station called Lexo. We are located behind it.
Can I select Ladnan Hospital as my outpatient facility of choice (NHIF)?
